Introduction 1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Tom Brady Signed Football Giveaway ("Competition") run by Team Brady ("Organizer") through its official social media accounts and website. 1.2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

‍Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to participants worldwide aged 18 years or older, or the minimum legal age as required by their respective jurisdictions. 2.2. Employees of Team Brady are not eligible to participate; however, associated entities and partners may participate.

‍Competition Period 3.1. The Competition begins on Friday, May 16th, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on Friday, June 6th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST ("Competition Period"). 3.2. Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

‍How to Enter 4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must comment on a specific post on the official Team Brady Instagram account and tag another active account. 4.2. Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

‍Prize 5.1. The prize for the Competition is one American football signed by Tom Brady ("Prize"). 5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 5.3. Team Brady will cover all shipping costs for the Prize.

‍Winner Selection and Notification 6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 6.2. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and will be required to provide further contact details to arrange delivery. 6.3. The winner will have 24 hours to respond to the notification. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

‍Liability and Indemnity 7.1. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. 7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to the Prize once it has been shipped.

‍Data Protection 8.1. Participants' data will only be collected and used for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.

‍General 9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or insufficient entries. 9.2. The Organizer's decisions regarding any aspect of the Competition, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and disqualification, are final and binding.

Release and Disclaimer 10.1. By participating in this Competition, each entrant releases Team Brady and Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition. 10.2. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

‍Governing Law 11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
